Renee is the Clinical Director and Behaviour Consultant at Super Kids Behavioural Consulting. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) who has been using the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to teach children and their families since 2010. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney, and went on to complete her Master of Autism Studies at Griffith University. She also studied ABA at the Florida Institute of Technology. She is an alumnus of the Morningside Academy Teacher's Academy, a summer intensive program focused on Precision Teaching and the Morningside Model of Generative Instruction. She is a member of the Association for Behaviour Analysis Australia, the Association for Behavior Analysis International, Continence Foundation of Australia and the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts.
She specializes in the assessment and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She has over 11 years of experience providing early intervention to children with ASD and related disorders in a school,home and clinic based setting. Renee is passionate about delivering evidence-based early intervention to children to help them achieve their full potential. Her interests include communication and building independent living skills, such as toilet training and sleep management.
Hayley Lambert is a Behaviour Consultant at Super Kids Behavioural Consulting. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and specialises in Early Intensive Behavioural Intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disorders and providing in-home, preschool, school and in-centre services. Her areas of interest including therapist and parent training and social skills curriculum development and instruction. She has worked with learners between the ages of 2 years to 13 years old. She has completed a Honours in Psychology at The University of Sydney and a Masters of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. In her spare time, Hayley enjoys going to the beach and travelling the world to play Ultimate Frisbee.
Anita is a Behaviour Consultant at Super Kids Behavioural Consulting. She received her Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) at the University of Sydney. Anita has obtained her Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) credential. Following postgraduate coursework in Applied Behaviour Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology, she completed a Masters of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. She has also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and is a regular attendee of national and international ABA conferences. Across her career, Anita has worked with children of various ages and diagnoses across home, childcare, school and community settings. In her spare time, Anita enjoys yoga and travelling.
Liz Dickson is a Behaviour Consultant with Super Kids Behavioural Consulting. She has completed the Masters in Education (ABA) and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). She began working in ABA over 10 years ago and particularly enjoys collaborating with parents, staff training and discovering new research. She is also passionate about following motivation and finding creative solutions to teaching children how to play. She is an active member of the Association of Applied Behaviour Analysis Australia. In her spare time Liz enjoys listening to music,running and cooking.
Amelia found her passion for Applied Behaviour Analysis while studying a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours at the University of New South Wales. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and has since completed a Masters of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis through Monash University. Amelia has experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders in home, centre, community, childcare and school settings. She is especially passionate about early intervention and teaching learning readiness skills. In her spare time, Amelia enjoys sharing a cheese board with friends and family and relaxing at the beach.
Dison is a Senior Behaviour Technician at Super Kids Behavioural Consulting. Dison is currently studying his Masters in ABA at Monash University. He received his Bachelor of Psychological Science from UNSW and completed a graduate diploma of Psychological Science at Australian College of Applied Psychology. Dison has worked in the ABA field for over 5 years and has delivered services across multiple settings including school, home and in-centre. He enjoys training new therapists and learning more about the field by attending conferences and listening to ABA podcasts. In his spare time, Dison enjoys engaging with his local church community, watching the NBA and having exotic food adventures with his friends.
Sophie is currently studying a combined Bachelor of Psychology/Arts at Macquarie University. She has worked with children for 10 years and has experience with children aged 0-12 years – including children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay and Down syndrome. As a Senior Behaviour Technician, she is interested in teaching functional communication and social skills, reducing inflexibilities and challenging behaviours, teaching daily living tasks and more. She looks forward to continuing to utilise her skills in ABA to help children develop to their full potential.
Tina is a Senior Behaviour Technician at Super Kids. She is currently undertaking her Masters in Education (Applied Behaviour Analysis) at Monash University. She has experience providing services in-home, childcare, community and in-centre. Tina is a very dedicated and enthusiastic therapist! She goes out of her way to ensure that her clients always have a good time and that their therapy sessions are tailored to their preferred interests (no matter how messy this might be!). She is passionate about teaching functional communication skills and incorporating client's goals in an enjoyable and creative way. In her spare time, Tina enjoys doing martial arts and being outdoors.
Sophia has been supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders using the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis for 5 years. She has worked with children and families in-home, centre, community, day-care, pre- school and school settings. She received her Bachelor of Psychological Studies from Western Sydney University in 2019 and is currently completing a Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. She is particularly passionate about teaching functional communication skills and decreasing behaviours that are a barrier to learning. In her spare time, Sophia enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her family and friends.
Emily is a Behaviour Technician at Super Kids Behavioural Consulting. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Macquarie University. Emily has a passion for Psychology and has always loved working with children – from nannying, out of hours school care, tutoring and particularly the implementation of Applied Behaviour Analysis as a Behaviour Technician at Super Kids. Emily’s interests lie in the practical implementation of programs, where she can spend lots of time with the kids and share directly in the joys of their achievements and successes. In her spare time, Emily enjoys dance and Pilates and playing board games with friends.
Lisa is one of our fabulous, experienced Senior Behaviour Technicians. She has worked as a Behaviour Technician in home and as a Shadow in both preschool and school environments. She enjoys learning from the Super Kids team, and says that the best part of her job is what she learns from the children who she works with and their incredible and unique perspective on life. Outside of work, she loves practicing yoga, playing the Ukulele and you will often find her outdoors trekking or surfing.
Michaela is one of our Behaviour Technicians at Super Kids Behavioural Consulting. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Macquarie University, with the goal to become a Registered Psychologist. Michaela loves working with children, with experience in teaching music, nannying and Applied Behaviour Analysis. In particular, she enjoys focusing on creative play, functional communication and social skills at home, school and clinic environments. In her spare time, Michaela likes travelling, eating delicious food (but not cooking it!), playing music and spending time with friends.
