At Super Kids, we are a strong team of Behaviour Analysts that is passionate about excellence in ABA therapy for Autistic children and those with related developmental disabilities. We strongly value ongoing professional development and collaboration within our team and the other professionals serving our families. Renee Collins, CBA, BCBA
CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Renee is the Clinical Director and Behaviour Consultant at Super Kids Behavioural Consulting. She is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) who has been using the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to teach children and their families since 2010. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney, and went on to complete her Master of Autism Studies at Griffith University. She also studied ABA at the Florida Institute of Technology. She has a Level 5 credential from FTF Consulting, indicating she can design and implement treatment extensions as well as lead implementation of the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skills Based Treatment (SBT) process. She was also invited to be a part of the FTF’s  International Leadership Group. She is an alumnus of the Morningside Academy Teacher’s Academy, a summer intensive program focused on Precision Teaching and the Morningside Model of Generative Instruction. She is a member of the Association for Behaviour Analysis Australia, the Association for Behaviour Analysis International, Continence Foundation of Australia and the Association of Professional Behaviour Analysts.
She specializes in the assessment and support for autistic children. She has over 12 years of experience providing early intervention to neurodivergent children  specifically autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy and intellectual disability in a school, home and clinic based setting. Renee is passionate about delivering evidence-based early intervention to children to help them achieve their full potential. Her interests include communication and building independent living skills, particularly toilet training. In her spare time she loves going for walks, weight lifting and hosting family dinners.Â

Anita Bennett-Stewart, CBA, BCBA
BEHAVIOUR SLEEP SPECIALIST & BEHAVIOUR CONSULTANT
Anita is a Behaviour Sleep Specialist and Behaviour Consultant at Super Kids Behavioural Consulting. She received her Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) at the University of Sydney, Masters of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University and has obtained her Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) credentials. Anita is a regular attendee of national and international ABA conferences. She has a Level 4 credential from FTF Consulting, indicating she can lead implementation of the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skills Based Treatment (SBT) process. Anita has over a decade of experience within Applied Behaviour Analysis, working with children of various ages and diagnoses across home, childcare, school and community settings. She is our resident sleep expert and has a special interest in providing intervention for autistic children experiencing behavioural sleep difficulties. In her spare time, Anita enjoys hiking and travelling.

Sophie Carrington, CBA
BEHAVIOUR CONSULTANT
Sophie is a Behaviour Consultant at Super Kids. She is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and has completed a Masters in Education (Applied Behaviour Analysis) at Monash University. She has previously completed a Bachelor of Psychology/Arts at Macquarie University. Sophie has worked with children for over a decade, and has experience with a wide range of ages and diagnoses. She is also passionate about ongoing professional development, and can regularly be found jet setting around the world for international conferences and workshops. As a Behaviour Consultant, Sophie is enthusiastic about teaching must-have, functional life skills that promote joy and independence for all learners. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking and making elaborate cakes!Â
Sophie is a Behaviour Consultant at Super Kids. She is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and has completed a Masters in Education (Applied Behaviour Analysis) at Monash University. She has previously completed a Bachelor of Psychology/Arts at Macquarie University. She has worked with children for 10 years and has experience with children aged 0-12 years – including Autistic children, children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay and Down syndrome. As a Behaviour Consultant, she is interested in teaching functional communication and social skills, reducing inflexibilities and challenging behaviours, teaching daily living tasks and more. She looks forward to continuing to utilise her skills in ABA to help children develop to their full potential.
Tina Nguyen, CBA
BEHAVIOUR CONSULTANT
Tina is a Behaviour Consultant at Super Kids. Tina is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and she has a Masters in Education (Applied Behaviour Analysis) from Monash University. She has experience providing services in-home, childcare, community and in-centre. Tina is a very dedicated and enthusiastic therapist! She goes out of her way to ensure that her clients always have a good time and that their therapy sessions are tailored to their preferred interests (no matter how messy this might be!). She is passionate about teaching functional communication skills and incorporating clients goals in an enjoyable and creative way. In her spare time, Tina enjoys doing martial arts and being outdoors.

Emily O'Hanna
SENIOR BEHAVIOUR TECHNICIAN
Emily is a Senior Behaviour Technician at Super Kids Behavioural Consulting. She is currently studying a Master of Psychology and has completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Macquarie University. Emily has a passion for Psychology and has always loved working with children from nannying, out of hours school care, tutoring and particularly the implementation of Applied Behaviour Analysis as a SBT at Super Kids. Emily’s interests lie in the practical implementation of programs, where she can spend lots of time with the kids and share directly in the joys of their achievements and successes. In her spare time, Emily enjoys dance and Pilates and playing board games with friends.

Mia Andrade
SENIOR BEHAVIOUR TECHNICIAN
Mia  is a Senior Behavior Technician at Super Kids Behavioral Consulting. She has had over eight years experience working in the field of ABA. Through this time, she has had opportunities working as a shadow, providing 1-1 intervention, teaching speech and language skills, training junior staff and working closely with families offering clinical and emotional support. Her passion lies in working with families. Currently she is studying counseling to enhance her skills in this area and promote the importance of family support in the industry. Mia enjoy’s singing and dancing! You may hear her every now and again around HQ.

Natasha Augustus

Natasha is a Senior Behavioural Technician at Super Kids Behavioural Consulting. She is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business Administration at Macquarie University. Natasha has years of experience working with children as a netball coach, babysitter, tutor and behavioural technician. As a Therapist, Natasha loves celebrating all successes with the clients and families no matter how big or small. She has experience working in home, school and clinic environments. In her spare time, Natasha enjoys doing and playing sports such as cheerleading, netball and volleyball as well as sitting down to read a book.Â

Emine is a bubbly therapist who prioritises play, building good rapport and ensuring her clients really enjoy their therapy session. Emine is also passionate about teaching functional communication, social skills and daily living skills- witnessing children become more independent. In her spare time Emine loves to spend time with family and friends and go for walks along the beach.

Ramsha has completed a Bachelors in Media and Filmmaking and Masters of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship stream. While studying, she worked as a support worker and loved taking care of people, especially kids. Then she started her journey as an Behaviour Technician and plans to continue her studies. She loves celebrating achievements of kids with their families and loves to play board games! She plans to bag her continue her study and is publishing her first children’s book soon. She loves to cook for her family, sit with her beautiful husky and watch Netflix.

BEHAVIOUR TECHNICIAN
Cecilia has completed Graduate Certificate of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Griffith University and received an Award of Academic Excellence for high levels of academic achievement. She also holds a Master’s degree in Practising Accounting from Monash University and is a certified Australian CPA. However, it is her personal journey as the mother of a young child with developmental delays that truly ignited her passion for ABA and early intervention therapies. Having seen first-hand the transformative power of these techniques on her child’s development, Cecilia is always eager to bring her academic knowledge and personal insights to assist other children and families navigating similar experiences
In her role as a Behaviour Technician, Cecilia utilises her ability to quickly and naturally form bonds with children, facilitating their development of functional communication, social skills, and independent living abilities. Watching the progress and achievements of her clients brings her immense satisfaction.

Brooke Mizzi
BEHAVIOUR TECHNICIAN
Brooke is a Behaviour Technician at Super Kids Behavioural Consulting. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Psychology Honours at Western Sydney University. Her approach is grounded in empathy and compassion allowing her to form strong connections with learners and their families. Brooke always strives to expand her knowledge around evidence-based approaches in behaviour therapy to help young learners progress onto living meaningful lives. When she is not working Brooke enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new food recipes, reading books and going on hikes.
Brooke is a Behaviour Technician at Super Kids Behavioural Consulting. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Psychology Honours at Western Sydney University. Tom Collins
OFFICE MANAGER
Tom Collins is the helpful face that you will see around HQ, on the phone or via email. He will help you with all of your administration and scheduling! Tom has experience managing and liaising with large corporate teams but prefers the smaller and more personal experience that he can deliver at Super Kids. When he is not at work you can find him at the gym, rock climbing or at home playing with his baby boy.

For experienced technicians and Behaviour Analysts, we have Senior and Clinical Mentoring roles so you can focus on the areas that interest you most. For new technicians, we put you through our training program focusing on you, to build your communication, organisation, and therapy skills, so you can do what you first wanted to do…help kids and their families!
Prior experience is preferred but not essential. We are specific about the team we work with, and carefully pick our team players, to ensure they fit our Super Kids values and culture. We are looking for someone who will grow with our team.Â
Supervision will be provided for those pursuing a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis and seeking the opportunity to become certified in Applied Behaviour Analysis (RBT, CBA-U, and CBA level).
