You have the opportunity to enjoy clinical diversity. We primarily serve children aged 18 months – 12 years old children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities. Services are provided at Super Kids HQ in Gladesville, clients homes, clients education setting and in the community!

Clinical team you get to work with is a team of passionate, educated and dynamic team of behaviour therapists and behaviour analysts,.

In addition to direct therapy positions, we also have established pathways to progress your career long term, based on your interest and area of study. We offer structured training programs for those who are interested in Senior Behaviour Therapist, a Subject Matter Expert position, Clinical Manager or related Leadership roles.


Available position: Behaviour Consultant

We’re looking for a passionate Behaviour Consultant who wants to do meaningful work, without burning out. You’ll be joining a supportive, collaborative team where supervision is prioritised, professional development is ongoing, and clinical integrity isn’t compromised.

Role Overview: 

A Behaviour Consultant leads each child’s therapy team and provides ongoing training and direct supervision to therapy team members. You will design individualised ABA programs that are child-centred and neurodiversity affirming. Our programs always prioritise a focus on teaching functional “Must Have” skills and working with the child as part of the family unit. 

This is a permanent full-time or part-time role (you choose), with flexible hours, admin support, and the option for some remote work. You’ll work closely with a small caseload of families to:

✔ Conduct behavioural and developmental assessments

✔ Design and monitor ABA intervention plans

✔ Oversee a therapy team using Behaviour Skills Training (BST)

✔ Provide regular supervision and team coaching

✔ Collaborate with families, educators, and allied health teams

✔ Deliver services in homes, schools, and our purpose-built Gladesville clinic

About you:

  • Hold a CBA or BCBA certification
  • A minimum of two years of recent experience working with Autistic individuals and children with developmental delays
  • A love of play and engaging with children 
  • Knowledge of early childhood and thorough knowledge of child development.
  • Proficiency in a variety of program assessments and software, including VB-MAPP, EFL, PEAK and others.
  • Strong communication skills including excellent written and oral English.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with other professionals such as preschool/school staff, paediatricians, speech pathologists and occupational therapists in order to provide a cohesive program for each client.
  • Highly efficient with time, management, able to take initiative and work independently
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility and a commitment to quality delivery of services
  • Hold a valid Working with Children Check and an acceptable Police Check
  • You have a current driver licence, and a roadworthy vehicle
  • Experience with Practical Functional Analysis, Skill-Based Treatment protocols and Standard Celeration Chart (SCC) are desirable but not required.
